BJC Services is based in Western Sydney, New South Wales. Founder, Mel C, has over 25+ years experience in Law enforcement and Security and with that brings her knowledge and experience to the forefront of services provided by BJC Services Group. Mel C looks forward to suppling Security Personnel for your next function. Mel has provided Security Personnel for the following sites and venues.

We commenced our journey in 2022 towards accreditation to ISO9001 Quality Management System.

This will further strengthen our capabilities, resources and customer satisfaction levels. Additionally, our Principal Melissa Chown has recently been certified as an Indigenous Business through Supply Nation. We recognise our most important asset, are our Staff.

That’s why we continue investment in specialised training, certification, safety, support and recognition programs.

Our security officers are recruited and trained against a customised training program completed to give our clients the peace of mind in having a strict probity system including; National Police Checks, NSW Police Licensing Compliance Checks, Literacy and numeracy testing and Reference Checks.

BJC Services Group maintains appropriate workers compensation insurance as dictated by law and holds public liability insurance through Underwriters at Lords of London. This is to provide peace of mind for all prospective employers.

BJC Services Group is an Australian owned, family based security and facility services company which has been formed in response to the rising need for an intelligent, ethical and professional security company.

The company’s aim is to deliver a service that exceeds expectations through the provision of high calibre personnel, consistent quality of service delivery and ongoing training and development of its personnel.

We will always take the time to work with you to determine your security needs. In conformance with Australian Risk Management Standard ASNZ4360, we will assess and align the needs of each customer, and the assessable risk, with the appropriate security staff. Our objective is to provide the best quality service at a reasonable cost.

BJC Services Group ensures all Security Officers adhere with the Occupational Health and Safety Act and standards at all times. BJC Services Group also manages adherence with the NSW Security Industry Act by consistently validating all appropriate license and qualifications for all staff.

Quality Ensurement

To differentiate our organisation from the myriad of competitors, we undertake to supply quality staff through the provision of ongoing in-house training that focuses on customer service, communications and presentation skills. Senior management also conduct regular random inspections of our staff to ensure that a suitable standard is maintained. We strive to recruit staff, that has worked in other service industries, particularly the hospitality industry so that staff possess suitable skills to work with customers and their stakeholders in delivering professional courteous services.

As the owner, I also retain ongoing communication with all customers to ensure they remain satisfied with the services being provided by our staff.

Dedicated Account Managers

Dedicated account managers are chosen and supplied 24/7 to each permanently guarded location. They ensure you are provided efficient responses to any queries or issues that may arise.

 

Attendance Reports

Major sites can have an electronic attendance system installed. Patrol officers will connect an electronic programmed button to your specific areas, which will record their visit

 

Regular Meetings

During our contractual period, we will have regular meetings to discuss our services and seek feedback about our commitment to your requirements. Quality feedback will support our plan to enhance our services to you throughout the future.

 

Site Specific Post Orders

After a complete assessment of your site requirements, our staff will prepare a custom-printed site post orders, where all security staff will be briefed and trained in accordance to these orders.

 

Incident Reporting

BJC Services Group provide an Incident Report for all Alarm response with the report being utilised for insurance claims or other investigations. These can be completed in your format or ours.

 

Planning (Events and Permanent Guards)

All our event services include the provision of a Security Plan. The plan will demonstrate the positioning and contact details of security staff, the location of first-aid stations, Emergency Services and site / event managers.

Our Dynamic Team

Our account management team and security supervisors have developed strong relationships within the private security industry. All senior management staff has a combined fifty years security and law enforcement experience. Our security personnel are highly-trained, fully accredited professionals who have an intimate knowledge of our client’s service requirements, ensuring that we meet contractual obligations and a high level of customer service, with a 24/7 contact with your account manager.

Operation Manager of Cleaning

Carol will work closely with stakeholders and clients, and ensure audits of cleaning jobs are carried out regularly, rostering of cleaning staff.

Director

Peter O’Neill

Accounts and Client Services Manager

As a senior member of the management team, Peter will work closely with clients and their staff assigned to the post. He will also conduct QA Assessments and ensure all feedback is reviewed. and reported back to the Director

Diana Chown

Operations Manager

Diana Chown joins BJC Services Group with an extensive level of customer service, employee relations, security and corporate affairs management systems. Reporting to the Managing Director, her role will involve dealing with multiple tasks and stakeholder
